Their Customer Analytics team plays a central role in driving customer growth and loyalty through actionable insight and experimentation.
THE ROLE:
As a Senior Customer Analyst, you’ll join the Customer Analytics function, working closely with the Loyalty and Retention teams to drive customer engagement and growth through data.
In this role, you’ll:
• Deliver insights and recommendations to improve customer retention and loyalty.
• Support the Loyalty Proposition rollout, identifying opportunities to bridge competitive gaps.
• Conduct customer growth and churn analysis, uncovering key drivers of customer loss.
• Translate data into clear, commercial stories that influence marketing and customer strategies.
• Automate and productionise analytical workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making across marketing, loyalty, and product teams.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Must-Have Skills:
• Advanced SQL proficiency with experience querying, joining, and optimising large datasets.
• Strong analytical storytelling — ability to communicate insights that drive business value.
• Experience automating and productionising analytical workflows.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Dashboarding experience (Looker preferred; Tableau also valuable).
• Working knowledge of Python and cloud technologies.
• Exposure to A/B testing or experiment design.
Preferred Backgrounds:
• Experience within eCommerce, telecommunications, or large-scale loyalty schemes.
