Role description
Job Overview: The Cyber Culture Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to employee cybersecurity behavior and awareness. The role supports the development of a strong security culture by providing insights into the effectiveness of awareness campaigns, training programs, and behavioral change initiatives. Using data-driven methods, the analyst helps identify trends, risks, and opportunities to influence secure behavior across the organization. . Qualifications: Education: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, or a related field. β€’ Relevant certifications (e.g., GIAC Security Awareness (GSAT), Google Data Analytics, Certified Cybersecurity Awareness Professional (CCAP)) are a plus. Experience: β€’ 7+ years in a data analysis, cybersecurity, behavioral science, or employee engagement role. β€’ Experience working with cybersecurity awareness or culture programs is strongly preferred. Skills: β€’ Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, SQL). β€’ Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, human risk, and behavior analytics. β€’ Strong storytelling skills β€” able to translate complex data into actionable insights. β€’ Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking. β€’ Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and learning management systems (LMS).
