Role Overview
We are seeking 10+years an experienced Cyber Data Product / Technical Lead to drive the strategy, design, and development of next‑generation cyber data products. This role combines deep technical expertise in cybersecurity data engineering with strong product leadership to ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high‑quality solutions supporting enterprise-level security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end‑to‑end architecture, design, and engineering of cyber data products and platforms.
• Define and manage product roadmaps, ensuring technical alignment with cybersecurity and business goals.
• Provide hands-on technical direction to engineering teams, setting coding, data quality, and security standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Cybersecurity, Data Science, Cloud, and Product Management) to design integrated data solutions.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and storage pipelines for diverse cyber data sources (e.g., logs, telemetry, threat intel).
• Ensure product scalability, reliability, and compliance with enterprise data governance and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Assess emerging technologies, tools, and methods to enhance data platform capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Cyber Data Architecture and Engineering (data pipelines, data models, telemetry frameworks).
• Proven experience leading data‑driven cybersecurity products or platforms.
• Proficiency in cloud data technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data stack tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake).
• Experience with security data sources (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, vulnerability management, identity systems).
• Deep understanding of data security, access controls, and encryption within large enterprises.
• Hands-on experience with API-driven integrations, microservices architecture, and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and roadmap ownership skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
