Candidates with some GRC are preferred. Will consider candidates without GRC if they have done Cybersecurity Training and have very strong Cybersecurity experience overall.
About The Role
Our client is hiring a Cybersecurity Training Analyst to join our consulting team on a 12-month engagement with a large enterprise client. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a seasoned cybersecurity professional who wants to make a real impact on how a major organization trains its people on cybersecurity risk and compliance.
You will work directly with the client's cybersecurity team, embedded as a trusted advisor, helping them transform their GRC training program from the ground up. From strategy alignment to vendor selection to building out reporting dashboards, your work will shape how thousands of developers and staff engage with cybersecurity training.

What You'll Do
Shape the Training Strategy
ยท Partner with the client's cybersecurity leadership to align GRC training strategy with the application developer training program.
ยท Conduct a thorough assessment of the current training landscape, including scope, processes, and tooling.
ยท Deliver clear, actionable recommendations for future-state improvements that drive measurable results.
Lead Vendor Evaluation
ยท Drive research and evaluation of third-party cybersecurity training vendors.
ยท Build evaluation frameworks and comparison materials to support a confident vendor selection decision.
ยท Coordinate vendor onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the program.
Build Scalable Processes
ยท Design and document end-to-end processes for identifying, assigning, and tracking training completion.
ยท Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure workflows are practical, repeatable, and adoptable.
Enable Visibility & Reporting
ยท Work alongside client teams to enable automated training dashboards and reporting.
ยท Produce artifacts that give leadership clear visibility into training metrics and program health.
Required
What You Bring
ยท 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or training program coordination.
ยท Hands-on experience with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
ยท Proven ability to manage enterprise training programs, including LMS platforms and training lifecycle processes.
ยท A track record of assessing current-state processes and delivering future-state recommendations that stick.
ยท Strong documentation skills and experience communicating complex information to senior stakeholders.
ยท A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced client environment.
Preferred
ยท Experience running vendor selection processes, including RFP/RFI coordination.
ยท Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI, ServiceNow, or Tableau.
ยท Prior experience consulting in an enterprise or Fortune 500 environment.
ยท Certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or Security+.
ยท Background in application developer security training or secure coding awareness programs.
