Hiring: D365 CE Tech Lead We’re seeking a highly skilled D365 CE Tech Lead to drive design and implementation of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with deep D365, Power Platform, and Azure integration expertise. Location & Engagement Details β€’ Location: Phoenix (Remote with Travel) β€’ Duration: 6 Months (with strong possibility of extension) β€’ Work Authorization: USC & GC ONLY (Strict Requirement) Job Summary As a D365 CE Tech Lead, you will architect, build, and lead complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, focusing on Customer Insights Journeys, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure-based integrations. You’ll work closely with architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Skills β€’ 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) apps β€’ Strong expertise in Dataverse, Customer Insights Journeys, Power Platform, and Azure Services β€’ Deep understanding of Customer Insights Journeys, including: β€’ Customer journey orchestration β€’ Real-time triggers, segmentation, templates, content blocks & personalization β€’ Custom channel extensions & API development β€’ Consent management & compliance regulations β€’ Fair view policy and platform limitations β€’ Strong experience with Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI β€’ Advanced development skills in: β€’ C# .NET Core β€’ Dynamics 365 Web API / REST β€’ Proven experience designing event-driven & message-based integrations β€’ Hands-on implementation of real-time / near-real-time integrations using: β€’ Dynamics 365 Web API β€’ Azure API Management β€’ Azure Functions, Logic Apps β€’ Azure Service Bus, Event Grid β€’ Expertise in authentication & authorization (OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, Managed Identities) β€’ Strong focus on API reliability: logging, monitoring, throttling, retry policies β€’ Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and ALM using Azure DevOps β€’ Excellent collaboration skills with architects, consultants, and business stakeholders πŸ“© Interested?
