Role: D365 CE (Customer Engagement) Tech Lead
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote with travel to client location during planning/Go-Live meetings)
Job Type: 12 Months Contract
Job Description
β’ Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps
β’ Strong experience with Dataverse, Customer Insights Journey, Power Platform and Azure Services
β’ Solid understanding of Customer Insights Journey components:
β’ Customer journey orchestration
β’ Real-time triggers, Segmentation, Templates, content blocks and Personalization
β’ Extending Custom channel and building apis
β’ Consent management and compliance regulations
β’ Good understanding of fair view policy and platform limitation
β’ Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
β’ Strong expertise in:
o C# .NET Core
o Dynamics 365 Web API / REST
β’ Architect and implement event-driven and message-based integration patterns
β’ Implement real-time and near real-time integrations using:
o Dynamics 365 Web API
o Azure API Management
o Azure Functions, Logic Apps
o Azure Service Bus, Event Grid
β’ Implement authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, managed identities)
β’ Ensure API reliability with logging, monitoring, throttling, and retry policies
β’ Support CI/CD pipelines and ALM using Azure DevOps
β’ Collaborate with solution architects, consultants, and business stakeholders
Nice-to-Have:
β’ Experience integrating with utility systems (Oracle CC&B)
β’ Knowledge of Customer Insights β Data, Azure Data Lake, Synapse Workspace, Microsoft Fabric
β’ Knowledge on performance testing/planning/tuning on services integrated with Dynamics 365
