Hiring Now: D365 CE Technical Lead (USC & GC Only) We’re looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Technical Lead to drive complex enterprise implementations and integrations. If you thrive in designing scalable, event-driven solutions on the Microsoft stack, this role is for you. Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote with Travel) Duration: 6 Months (High chance of extension) Work Authorization: USC & Green Card holders only (strict requirement) Job Summary As a D365 CE Tech Lead, you’ll lead the design and implementation of advanced Dynamics 365 CE solutions, with a strong focus on Customer Insights Journeys, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure integrations. You’ll collaborate closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performance, real-time solutions. Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Skills β€’ 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement β€’ Strong experience with Dataverse, Customer Insights Journeys, Power Platform & Azure Services β€’ Deep expertise in Customer Insights Journeys, including: β€’ Customer journey orchestration β€’ Real-time triggers & segmentation β€’ Templates, content blocks & personalization β€’ Custom channels & API extensions β€’ Consent management & compliance regulations β€’ Fair use policies & platform limitations β€’ Advanced experience with Power Platform: β€’ Power Automate β€’ Power Apps β€’ Power BI β€’ Strong technical skills in: β€’ C# .NET Core β€’ Dynamics 365 Web API / REST β€’ Proven experience architecting event-driven & message-based integrations β€’ Hands-on with real-time / near real-time integrations using: β€’ Dynamics 365 Web API β€’ Azure API Management β€’ Azure Functions & Logic Apps β€’ Azure Service Bus & Event Grid β€’ Expertise in OAuth 2.0, Azure AD, Managed Identities β€’ Strong understanding of API reliability: β€’ Logging, monitoring, throttling & retry policies β€’ Experience with CI/CD pipelines & ALM using Azure DevOps πŸ“© Interested?
