Role description
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance Developer with strong experience in Azure Integration Services (AIS) and a solid understanding of ERP Finance & Accounting processes, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Fixed Assets. This role blends technical development, system customization, and integration work with functional finance knowledge to support and enhance our Dynamics 365 Finance environment. Role Overview The D365 Developer will be responsible for customizing, extending, integrating, and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance. This includes building new features, optimizing existing functionality, developing integrations using Azure services, and collaborating with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design, develop, and deploy customizations, extensions, and integrations within Dynamics 365 Finance using X++ and Visual Studio. β€’ Build and maintain integrations using Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions, Event Grid, and Event Hubs. β€’ Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to understand business processes (AP, Fixed Assets, GL, Procurement) and translate them into technical requirements. β€’ Develop APIs, data entities, and integration endpoints to support cross‑system communication. β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance problems, and integration failures. β€’ Support system upgrades, release management, and environment deployments. β€’ Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, security standards, and scalable architecture patterns. β€’ Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and Agile ceremonies. β€’ Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support to internal teams.
