Data Aggregration Consultant

Data Aggregation Consultant 100% Remote Start Date: ASAP 3-6 month contract Business Objective: Our client is in need of a Data Aggregation consultant to support a back log of work that their current internal resources don't have the capacity to handle. This resource will be tasked with supporting a variety of non-regulatory requests that centers around the transitioning of data into and out of Epic from varying sources (CRM, EDW, etc.) Job Description/Summary: The ideal candidate is a hands-on data engineering expert with deep experience in ETL development, data modeling, and SSIS, capable of handling end-to-end solution delivery—from request analysis and database design to development, testing, and deployment. This position requires a self-driven individual who can work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient, well-documented solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses strictly on data movement and transformation (no reporting or dashboard development) and will involve working across multiple projects throughout the contract duration. Prior experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle, strong SQL and SSIS expertise, and a solid understanding of healthcare data environments are essential for success. Required Qualifications: • Epic Clarity Data Model OR Caboodle Data Model certification • Epic Clarity & Caboodle experience • 4-7+ years of experience with data aggregation, ETL, and data engineering • Extremely strong SSIS and SQL experience • Experience using visual studio and writing SSIS packages • Proficient in writing programs and ETLs • Healthcare/Health System experience • Strong documentation skills • Must be a U.S Citzen Preferred Qualifications: • Building Caboodle DMCs (very strong preference) • Data linking experience • Payer/Health Plan knowledge
