Education / Experience / KSAs: ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; or Associate degree with additional relevant professional experience; or High School Diploma/GED with additional relevant professional experience. ● Experience: 3–6 years of professional experience as a full stack developer. ● Minimum KSAs: Strong modern JavaScript development (React/Next.js); backend development with Node.js; API authN/authZ (OAuth, JWT, token- based); Tailwind CSS; basic SQL (queries/joins/troubleshooting); experience deploying/supporting apps in Azure (preferred) or AWS; exposure integrating AI/LLM services; ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion; strong written communication for technical documentation. ● Certification/Licensure: None required. ● Experience with source control and modern CI/CD workflows. ● Working knowledge of scripting/programming for automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). ● Ability to follow established engineering standards and produce clear implementation documentation. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments. ● Prior exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or other Adobe marketing tools. ● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native services, and operational best practices. ● Experience balancing experimental/skunkworks initiatives with production- quality delivery. ● Familiarity with automated testing and release readiness practices. ● Experience supporting internal analytics or AI platforms.
