Role description
Job Title:- Non-Technical Data Analyst Duration:- 12- Months- position (May go Longer) Location:- Warren, MI Shift:- 9am -4pm core business days. Hybrid - Onsite in Warren Tues-Weds. Job Responsibilities: Execution of AT&T to Telus migration of existing carpark. Executing and reviewing results of the migration. Identify and correct any failed migrations. • Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required • 2-4 years applicable experience required Personality Trend • Organized – The execution of this work needs to validate with data to make sure it was executed by the system correctly. • Disciplined – Follow clear instructions to prevent errors from entering the system, and documenting issue seen, with emphasis on details when errors. Communicating these details is key. • Curious – Someone willing to investigate the errors and peel back the error to help understand the issue. Simply, the person asks “why”. SQL/Database language (SW Language understanding syntax basic coding skills). Python and JSON also helpful. Familiar with looking at logs of systems, understanding of Call Flows/API Flows will assist in debugging issues. Helpful: Background in Cellular sales/provisioning (T-Mobile Kiosk). Background with understanding what the carriers do to turn on cell phones.
