Job Title: Data Analyst Specialist

Compensation Range: $29-$40/hr
Job Description:
Support a cross-functional program with advanced data analysis, reporting, and insights that guide process improvements and AI/technology implementation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with program and business stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reports
• Write complex SQL queries for hands-on data analysis
• Use Excel for ad hoc reporting and trend exploration
• Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to non-technical audiences
• Analyze A/B tests, pilots, and post-launch metrics
• Document data definitions and maintain a single source of truth
• Coordinate with data engineering to ensure data quality and resolve reporting issues
Requirements:
• Must-Haves:
• 3–5 years in business-facing or program analytics roles
• Proficient in SQL and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
• Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders
• Proven ability to support data-driven process improvements
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Philadelphia
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Familiarity with data modeling, metrics layers (LookML, DBT)
• Exposure to Python or R for automation or analysis
• Experience supporting AI/ML-driven process change
• Understanding of Lean/Six Sigma or change management analytics
