Role description
Title: Data Analyst W2 Contract Only- 12 Months Location: Malvern, PA / Hybrid (In office days required) Pay: $65-$75 per hour Our client is looking for a Creative Technology & Automation Specialist to join their Marketing Operations team and help build a smarter, faster, and more autonomous creative engine. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of automation, data visualization, and creative operationsβ€”someone who can turn complex creative and marketing needs into lightweight, scalable tools and insights. This role is responsible for building automation workflows, integrating external data sources, and developing dashboards that help creative and marketing teams make faster, more informed decisions. This role also supports experimentation with AI and emerging technologies to enhance creative ideation and execution. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Build and maintain automation workflows using Python, SQL, Power Automate, Fusion, and API integrations to streamline creative operations. β€’ Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau (or similar tools) to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for creative and marketing stakeholders. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand creative and marketing goals, and translate those into technical solutions that drive efficiency and insight. β€’ Integrate external data sources (e.g., social, behavioral, performance) to generate predictive trends that inform campaign planning and creative strategy. β€’ Support experimentation with Agentic AI and LLM-based tools to enhance creative ideation, content generation, and workflow optimization. β€’ Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend tools that can be rapidly deployed to support marketing agility. Requirements: β€’ Proficient in Python, SQL, and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Fusion). β€’ Experience working with APIs and integrating disparate data sources. β€’ Familiarity with creative operations models and marketing execution environments. β€’ Exposure to AI/ML tools and frameworks. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate creative needs into technical solutions
