Role description
Trade Compliance Data Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support import/export compliance operations through reporting, automation, and data management.
Key Responsibilities
• Automate reports and data updates using Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Maintain and validate compliance-related data sets
• Build dashboards and analytics reports for customs and trade compliance activities
• Support processes related to tariffs, duty drawback, FTZ filings, BOM tracking, and export documentation
• Improve reporting accuracy and workflow efficiency through automation
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements
• Organize customer and internal documentation requests
Required Skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI, PowerQuery, and Power Automate
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Understanding of data modeling and dashboard creation
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
Preferred Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, supply chain, or trade compliance
• Experience with customs, import/export processes, or compliance reporting is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, International Business, or related field.
