Must Haves:
• Strong SQL skills; comfortable working with large, complex datasets
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Demonstrated experience pulling product data collaborating with product stakeholders, providing data-driven guidance for features or strategy
• Experience working across multiple titles and working with complex data
• Provided data to high-level stakeholders (C-Suite, Directors etc)
Plusses:
• Experience in gaming and game launch experience
Day to Day:
• Analyze gameplay and business data to uncover insights that shape product and strategy
• Deliver clear, digestible performance reviews and trend analyses to stakeholders, building strong business narratives that inform decision-making
• Translate massive datasets into structured, actionable visualizations and narratives that meet diverse stakeholder needs
• Support data infrastructure by reviewing telemetry, preparing data for advanced analytics and AI tools, and planning for future data capture needs
• Explore new ways of measuring player behavior and benchmarking across titles to identify patterns, causal drivers, and opportunities for growth
