What You Will Be Doing • Extract and manipulate large datasets, including 100,000 plus files, using Microsoft Excel and VBA • Clean, restructure, and migrate structured and unstructured data into an internal database system • Build, maintain, and enhance KPI dashboards and performance reporting • Support data integrity efforts related to safety and compliance documentation • Assist with ongoing reporting, analytics, and operational data initiatives Required Qualifications • Strong experience extracting and manipulating large datasets in Microsoft Excel using VBA • Experience cleaning, organizing, and migrating data into internal systems • Proven experience building and maintaining KPI reporting • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volume data work Preferred Qualifications • Pipeline integrity experience • Knowledge of 195 safety and compliance standards • Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data
