We are seeking a detail oriented Data Analyst to support critical data migration and reporting initiatives within a large midstream energy operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly analytical, advanced in Excel and VBA, and interested in growing within the oil and gas industry. What You Will Be Doing
• Extract and manipulate large datasets, including 100,000 plus files, using Microsoft Excel and VBA
• Clean, restructure, and migrate structured and unstructured data into an internal database system
• Build, maintain, and enhance KPI dashboards and performance reporting
• Support data integrity efforts related to safety and compliance documentation
• Assist with ongoing reporting, analytics, and operational data initiatives
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience extracting and manipulating large datasets in Microsoft Excel using VBA
• Experience cleaning, organizing, and migrating data into internal systems
• Proven experience building and maintaining KPI reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volume data work
Preferred Qualifications
• Pipeline integrity experience
• Knowledge of 195 safety and compliance standards
• Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data
