β’ Local to Los Angeles or Universal City or an hour drive to Los Angeles or Universal City
β’ DATA ANALYTICS EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
β’ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
β’ Proficient in Office Suites.
β’ Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple systems.
β’ Excellent written communication and research skills.
β’ Self-starter with strong follow-through and a proactive mindset.
β’ Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
β’ Experience with factory audits or compliance is a plus, but not required.
β’ Proficient with SQL
Responsibilities:
The Global Brand Standards team is seeking a detail-oriented and Excel-proficient temporary coordinator to support the factory audit program. This role is essential in managing and analyzing data related to factory audits and compliance, and in maintaining accurate records across Salesforce and Benchmark systems. The coordinator will play a key role in ensuring data integrity and supporting the operational needs of the GBS program.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Analyze Excel reports and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
β’ Import and update records in Salesforce and Benchmark systems.
β’ Review factory submissions and audit reports from global partners.
β’ Track and manage audit requests, including scheduling coordination with audit firms and regional directors.
β’ Maintain and update key databases, including the Global Contact List and Ethics Policy records.
β’ Generate approved factory lists.
β’ Issue audit approval and waiver approval letters with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
β’ Provide responsive customer service to partners and factories regarding program requirements.
β’ Support the GBS Manager with corporate responsibilities, including maintaining factory data in Benchmark.
β’ Conduct research and resolve data discrepancies.
β’ Assist with team projects and other duties as assigned.
