Continuous Improvement Data Analyst (FTC) | Pontefract, United Kingdom | On-site We're working with KP Snacks on this exciting opportunity. Join a leading snack company in a hands-on role focused on driving operational excellence and continuous improvement through data analysis and team coaching. This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract where you can truly make an impact. The Role • Analyze machine data and lead loss elimination initiatives using tools like Loss Trees and structured problem-solving techniques. • Lead process control and technological excellence, acting as a technical expert for your production line. • Manage and maintain key systems such as MES, Centerline DMS, and Changeover DMS for data integrity. • Coach and develop production teams on process knowledge, troubleshooting, and CI tools. • Drive change and improvement projects, including rapid changeover workshops and best practice sharing. • Collaborate closely with Line Leads and Maintenance Leads to improve performance, safety, and quality. What You'll Need • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with data and root cause investigation. • Experience in continuous improvement with exposure to process control or engineering principles. • Excellent coaching and training abilities to build team capability. • Proficiency in data and systems, including intermediate Microsoft Office skills and MES familiarity. • A proactive and collaborative approach with strong communication skills. • Openness to change and a passion for learning and sharing best practices.
