POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Data Analyst / Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the client's data strategy by ensuring seamless data ingestion, mapping, and large-scale migration. Operating within a collaborative technology department, you will leverage modern Data Lakehouse architectures to resolve complex data integration challenges and elevate business intelligence capabilities. Your technical expertise will directly empower executive decision-making by successfully transitioning legacy reporting frameworks into highly scalable, high-performance analytical environments.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Architect, develop, and optimize advanced data pipelines and analytical models utilizing SQL, Python, and Databricks to drive enterprise-wide business intelligence.
• Lead comprehensive data migration initiatives, focusing on Profile and CLS schema migrations, accurate data mapping, and streamlined Databricks ingestion.
• Execute the end-to-end transition of SSRS and Power BI reports from traditional SQL Server environments to a scalable Databricks Data Lakehouse platform.
• Design and deploy intuitive, high-impact data visualizations and reporting dashboards using DAX and Power BI to support cross-functional stakeholder needs.
• Enforce data governance, schema best practices, and performance tuning methodologies to maintain robust, secure, and highly available data architectures.
