Pay Range: $42 - $45/hour (negotiable based on experience). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Responsible for data clean-up needs of a Contract Lifecycle application (CLM - Cobblestone) for the Contracting business unit.
β’ Cleaning large datasets (10k+ records ideally).
β’ Fixing duplicates, inconsistencies, missing values.
β’ Standardizing formats (dates, naming conventions, units).
β’ Data validation and quality checks.
β’ Working with messy, unstructured, or legacy system data.
β’ Gather data from the current system and detect errors, duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies.
β’ Correct formatting issues and removing or flagging outliers and anomalies.
β’ Handle missing data by inputting values or marking for review.
β’ Apply consistent naming conventions, data types, and units across data.
β’ Merge or split records as needed to maintain integrity.
β’ Document validation results and discrepancies.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
β’ Must have skills: Strong Data Cleansing/Data remediation experience (Data exploration; Managing data anomalies; Date/Time parsing; Data integrity, normalization, and standardization).
β’ 3-5 years of data analysis experience is required.
β’ CLM or contract system experience (preferably Cobblestone).
β’ Data Management (process data to ensure quality and reliability).
β’ Data Visualization (present data insights visually).
β’ Strong, execution focused resource, who can work independently within defined direction, and move efficiently through high-volume cleanup work, identifying issues requiring escalation.
β’ Need someone with hands-on data cleanup / remediation work experience.
β’ Strong Excel skills.
β’ Contract Metadata awareness.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in related field or equivalent experience.
