Role description
Work Authorization • This is a contract-to-hire position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. This role is W-2 only; no C2C or third-party arrangements. Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support business stakeholders across Accounting and Supply Chain functions, including Distribution and Transportation. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on SQL experience, and the ability to deliver timely insights in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies • Write and execute moderately complex SQL queries to support business needs • Provide quick-turn data support to stakeholders in Accounting and Supply Chain • Partner with business teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports • Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting • Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and meeting deadlines • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a relationship-driven, customer-focused environment Required Qualifications • Strong experience in data analysis, including identifying trends and anomalies • Hands-on experience with SQL (moderate complexity) • Experience supporting Accounting/Finance or Supply Chain (Distribution, Transportation, etc.) • Proficiency in Power BI • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in ambiguous environments • Highly organized with strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) • Experience working in fast-paced, less structured environments
