Data Integration, Modeling & Governance • Define backend data requirements with Data Engineering. • Ensure accurate integration of LMS, Gainsight, Salesforce, and training data into EDW. • Identify data gaps and partner with IT to strengthen data governance. Training Effectiveness & KPI Frameworks • Support creation of standardized KPIs such as ROI, and evaluation metrics. • Analyze data to guide curriculum improvements and readiness planning. Compliance, Reporting & Audit Readiness • Automate and standardize compliance reporting. • Maintain dashboards highlighting compliance risks and completion trends. Analytics Skill Enablement & Training • Support SQL, Tableau, and analytics skills training. • Share dashboard and visualization best practices.
