Position Overview
β’ The Senior Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for end-to-end data management, including mining, extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting. This role supports warehouse and logistics operations by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
β’ You will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making for senior leadership, including SEA senior management and Samsung headquarters. The role requires a highly detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Perform data mining, extraction, and analysis across multiple sources
β’ Develop and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports
β’ Design and automate reports and dashboards
β’ Maintain and enhance existing reporting tools and dashboards
β’ Conduct in-depth analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
β’ Identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and resolve data issues
β’ Produce both standard and ad-hoc reports for diverse audiences
β’ Support cost analysis for logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations
β’ Provide regular briefings and insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
β’ Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analysis/reporting within logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environments
β’ Strong experience with KPI reporting and cost analysis
β’ Advanced proficiency in:MS Excel (40%)
β’ SQL (35%)
β’ Access, BI tools, PowerPoint (25%)
β’ Hands-on experience with SAP (required)
β’ Experience working with WMS and operational systems
β’ Bachelorβs degree in:Business Analytics
β’ Engineering
β’ Mathematics

β’ or related field
