Role description
We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to support infrastructure performance and capacity optimization through data-driven insights. The role involves analyzing operational data, maintaining performance dashboards, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and uptime across large-scale systems. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, reporting reliability, and strategic visibility into key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Analyze and interpret operational datasets to assess capacity, uptime, and process efficiency.
β’ Maintain and enhance automated reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics.
β’ Perform data cleaning, transformation, and regression or proxy analysis to resolve incomplete datasets.
β’ Develop predictive models and insights to identify operational risks and improvement areas.
β’ Prepare concise reports and executive summaries with data-driven recommendations.
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams to align analysis with business objectives.
Required Skills:
β’ 3+ years of experience in data or operations analytics.
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
β’ Proven ability to extract, clean, and interpret complex datasets for strategic reporting.
β’ Experience communicating insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
β’ Analytical mindset with initiative to explore hypotheses and improve processes.
Preferred:

β’ Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau or similar platforms.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
