We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join a pivotal team, where you will play a critical role in transforming how strategic workforce planning and operational data are managed and leveraged. Your work will directly enable data-driven decision-making, contributing significantly to the efficiency and strategic direction of a large-scale organization. Primary Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance staffing and workforce planning models. • Build and optimize data pipelines using Data Factory and related cloud services. • Develop analytical solutions and automation using SQL and Python. • Manage and support SQL environments, including database administration, monitoring, and performance tuning. • Support data integrations, ETL processes, and reporting solutions. • Work with tabular data models, including Analysis Services cubes. • Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability across planning and reporting platforms. • Partner with business stakeholders to translate workforce planning requirements into analytical solutions. Required Skills • Advanced SQL development and database design expertise. • Strong Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and data engineering tasks. • Experience with SQL Database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. • Data Factory pipeline development and maintenance. • Experience building and maintaining analytical and forecasting models. • Familiarity with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes and dimensional modeling. • Understanding of cloud data platform services and cloud-based data architectures. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Education And Experience • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field required. • 5+ years of applicable experience required.
