Data Analyst (Entry-Level)

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to support data-driven decision making. This role will focus on analyzing complex datasets, building visualizations, and supporting data integration efforts to deliver actionable insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes across multiple data sources and systems
• Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases
• Conduct statistical analyses and hypothesis testing to inform decision-making
• Support predictive modeling and basic machine learning initiatives as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver clear, actionable reporting
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn
• Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and hypothesis testing
• Exposure to machine learning concepts and predictive modeling is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
