KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
Role and Responsibilities
• Implement data validation processes to maintain data integrity for accuracy and reliability through regular audits
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, or correlations
• Translate complex data insights into actionable solution through story telling
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate data and methodology
• Analyze field team incentive programs performance metrics, audits and reporting
• Manage Field Mapping program for field teams including creation, implementation, updates, and performance impacts
• Support capacity planning for field teams including creation, implementation and reporting of usage and performance impacts
• Support national retail meeting events with logistics, tracking, and platform support
• Develop dashboards that present complex data in a visually appealing and easily understandable format
• Analyze budget spend for payment invoices and expenses by leveraging data analysis techniques to track, analyze, audit, and report
• Work directly with the Finance team to ensure effective budget management, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic decision making and ROI
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years ‘experience
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• High proficiency in Power Point, Word and Excel
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency with power point presentations that tell a story of the data and provide executive level insights including improvement plans with next steps
• Strength in working cross functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work within a large dynamic team
• Adaptability to move at the pace of retail and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions when needed
• Ability to analyze large sets of data and pivot into high level data summaries
• Outstanding written and communications skills, time management, and organization skill
• Experience handling time-sensitive and confidential business information
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
