Organization: Mercor Position: Airtable Tooling Expert (Internal) Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $50/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided) • Design and structure scalable Airtable bases for internal project tracking and workflow management. • Build and refine automations to improve data accuracy, minimize manual operations, and streamline internal processes. • Create user-friendly interfaces that simplify navigation and promote accessibility across teams. • Develop dashboards and reporting views to monitor performance, productivity, and operational metrics. • Recommend enhancements for workflow efficiency and integration with other tools. Requirements • Strong experience with Airtable, including Automations, Interfaces, and Scripting. • Solid understanding of data modeling, workflow optimization, and relational base design. • Proven experience developing internal tooling or dashboards for operational or project management purposes. • Strong organizational and communication skills; capable of managing multiple priorities independently. • Familiarity with the data labeling or AI operations industry is a plus.
