You will review and analyse large sets of data to perform gap analyses, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations. You'll present your findings to the business to help lead strategic initiatives. A key aspect of this role involves working closely with stakeholders to design and build business-focused Power BI dashboards, with the goal of automating reporting processes and driving actionable insights across the business. This role includes significant collaboration with cross-functional partners to develop strategies that enable the company to meet both customer service and financial performance targets. As such, strong stakeholder and relationship management skills are essential. You'll also bring a continuous improvement mindset—identifying opportunities, recommending enhancements, and leading projects in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to a variety of projects across the business, creating insightful reports for management and cross-functional teams. What are we looking for? • Analytical / Mathematical background in numerate discipline (STEM Degree preferred). • Highly motived problem-solver with attention to detail, able to take the initiative and drive results proactively. • Effective time management skills, ability to balance multiple projects while keeping stakeholders well-informed throughout the process. • Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards to support and lead business initiatives (preferred). • Skills in: SQL, Excel, and dashboard software such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (preferred). • Experience working with large data sets for analysis (preferred).
