Data Analyst

Data Analyst Role Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong experience in Wealth Management, Broker Dealer, or RIA environments. This role requires hands-on expertise working with custodian data, commissions data, and Albridge (PershingX) data feeds, along with strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable translating complex data into clear insights and partnering with stakeholders to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Analyze custodian, operational, and commissions data to identify trends, issues, and insights • Develop and present analytical findings, recommendations, and next steps to business stakeholders • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and validate analysis • Create data outputs and integrate queries into BI reporting and dashboards for business review • Support ongoing reporting and analytics initiatives across the organization • Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications • Experience working in a Wealth Management, Broker Dealer, or RIA firm • Strong understanding of Albridge (PershingX) data feeds • Experience analyzing commissions data • Hands-on experience with Snowflake • Experience in data analysis and reporting • Strong proficiency with Power BI and other BI or reporting tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and departmental expectations Preferred Skills • Experience with MS SQL • Familiarity with custodian data sources and operational data • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences • Collaborative mindset, including experience working with global or virtual teams Education • Bachelor’s degree • High school diploma (or equivalent) required • Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree Technical Skills • Snowflake • Power BI • MS SQL • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
