Role description
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities • Enter, review, and maintain large data sets in the system and ensure accuracy across production and inventory records. • Perform daily checks to identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data and correct issues promptly. • Build and update spreadsheets and reporting tools to support metrics, analysis, and decision making. • Track production activity, material usage, and inventory movement to support planning and operations. • Assist the accounting team with data needed for cost reviews, reconciliations, and related reporting. Requirements • Strong ability to work with spreadsheets, including advanced functions and data validation. • Previous experience using an ERP system and the ability to learn new tools quickly. • High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and large data sets. • Ability to investigate data issues and communicate findings to internal teams. • Skill in working with cross functional partners in operations, purchasing, finance, and quality. Qualifications • Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment. • Strong proficiency with Excel functions used for analysis and reporting. • Prior exposure to ERP systems such as Dynamics or similar platforms. • A degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field. • Familiarity with cost or production data and basic unit conversions.
