Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to enhance our sourcing, consolidation, and automation of performance management data and metrics across the bank. This role involves collaborating closely with data providers to define requirements and ultimately recommend and deliver a standardised and automated data capture process. You will also be responsible for establishing a month-on-month process governed by Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure a structured data pipeline for our Web Reporting Application tool.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with data providers across the bank to express data requirements.
• Recommend and facilitate the delivery of a standardised and automated data capture process.
• Establish and manage SLA-governed month-on-month processes.
• Provide a structured data pipeline for a Web Reporting Application tool.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Design and implement processes for data management.
• Capture and analyse data requirements.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records.
Essential Skills
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to work.
• Proficiency in process design and implementation.
• Ability to capture and analyse requirements effectively.
• High level of data literacy.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to document processes accurately.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with SQL.
• Familiarity with data analysis.
• Experience with web forms is a plus.
