We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth Required qualifications to be successful in this role • Provide reporting support for our Programs, including daily tracking of ongoing and newly launched weekly reports • Maintain reference data, mapping, and reference tables . Work actively with stakeholders to fulfill ad-hoc requests and present reporting status • Gather, request, and lead BI reporting changes, including new/updated reporting and audits. • Partner with BI team to identify and address missing data and ad-hoc requests • Pull UCIDs for call listening exercises • Perform daily and ad-hoc data pulls from AWS Redshift and/or MicroStrategy • Write SQL for proof-of-concept analyses and targeted data pulls across specific timeframes • Research and resolve identified data issues • Create data-driven decks with summarizations and visualizations • Support data needs for other groups Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statements VLink is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated.
