oWe are seeking a skilled Data Analytics candidate with a proven track record of working with complex data sets and organizing data based on business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong data visualization skills, a passion for presenting information clearly and concisely, and a solid understanding of data mining and translating insights into easy-to-read graphs and dashboards

Who We're Looking F
orBachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles, processes, and methodologies.
Prior experience in technical documentation, particularly in writing design procedures, test procedures, design and drafting standards, and engineering and business process documents.
Ability to collaborate with subject-matter experts to collect inputs and requirements, synthesize information, and develop documentation.
Proficiency in translating complex technical content and jargon into simplified documents.
Extensive experience using styles in Microsoft Word, specifically with numeric and bulleted indexing.
Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with Excel features such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formatting, and graphing.
Some experience with QuickBase.
Familiarity with SharePoint, including adding site content, editing views, and checking permissions.
Basic PC setup skills to support meeting room setup for design reviews.
Ability to work flexible hours when business needs dictate.
Excellent written and verbal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Experience resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last-minute changes with competing priorities.
Skills:
Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks) Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Adept at queries, report writing and presenting finding

Experience with SharePoint document archival and workflow management.
Experience editing documents in a collaborative environment, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and co-authoring.
Experience with Power BI and creating dashboards.
Experience with SQL, advanced Excel skills, and gathering and organizing complex data sets.
