Data Analyst

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a Data Analyst. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives, requirements, and data needs • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement • Translate complex data findings into simple, insightful narratives and visuals for non-technical audiences • Develop and maintain data models, metrics, and KPIs used across the business • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business questions, initiatives, and performance tracking • Ensure data accuracy and quality by validating datasets and collaborating with data engineering teams as needed • Provide ongoing support and training for end users of reports and dashboards Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field • 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating datasets • Experience with data visualization tools- Power BI • Solid understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and business reporting best practices • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Python The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
