Role description
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Operations Analyst to support a high-visibility initiative focused on improving data accuracy and optimizing data processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity of contract, pricing, and program data within enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has strong data entry skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Review, validate, and reconcile contract and pricing information against system data to ensure completeness and accuracy
β’ Perform accurate data entry and updates within certain enterprise systems
β’ Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
β’ Collaborate with account owners and certain team members to obtain missing information and clarify program structures
β’ Liaise with technology teams to support data-related inquiries and script preparation as needed
β’ Document findings, corrections, and updates in a clear, organized, and auditable manner
β’ Maintain high data quality standards while meeting project deadlines
Required Qualifications
β’ Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
β’ Ability to maintain data accuracy and quality in a deadline-driven environment
β’ Experience navigating and updating information within enterprise systems or web-based portals
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills
β’ Proven problem-solving ability and capability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Familiarity with property and casualty insurance, claims processes, or insurance terminology
β’ Prior experience in data quality, data operations, or data validation roles
