Role description
Heitmeyer Consulting currently has an opportunity for a ServiceNow Data Analyst with CMDB experience. This is four days onsite and one day remotely in Phoenix, AZ, Chandler, AZ or Irving, TX.
This is a W2 position. Must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship now or in the future. We cannot do C2C
Key Responsibilities
• Performance Analytics & Reporting: Create and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to track ServiceNow performance.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Extract, clean, and analyze data from ServiceNow and other systems (e.g., ITSM, CMDB).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance) to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Data Governance: Ensure data quality and accuracy, identifying anomalies or inconsistencies in ServiceNow data.
Must have:
• ServiceNow
• CMDB experience
• Technical background but understand the makeup of data within ServiceNow
• Need to know how to analyze data - must have the following 3 things:
• Certification
• Attestation
• Validation
Nice to have:
• ITIL Framework
• Banking or Financial Institutions
• Good communication
