Role description
Marketing Data Analyst (Contract) - Outside IR35 Location: London (1 day per week in the office) Contract: 6 Months Rate: Approx. £600 per day (Inside IR35) The Role An established organisation in the education sector is looking for an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to help transform marketing data into actionable commercial insight. Working closely with marketing and business stakeholders, you'll analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance and customer journeys to support strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role that combines technical data analysis with strong business partnering skills. Key Responsibilities • Analyse marketing data to deliver actionable insights. • Evaluate and optimise customer journeys across multiple touchpoints. • Support commercial decision-making through analysis of: • Customer acquisition • Customer retention • Customer engagement • App analytics • Work with data from platforms including: • HubSpot • Microsoft Dynamics • Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders. • Deliver analytical projects independently while managing multiple priorities. About You You'll be an experienced Marketing Data Analyst with a strong understanding of commercial marketing performance and customer analytics. You'll bring: • Proven experience in marketing analytics and customer journey analysis. • Experience working with HubSpot and/or Microsoft Dynamics data. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • The ability to translate technical analysis into clear business recommendations. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience delivering work independently. Desirable • Experience within the education sector. • Exposure to both analytics and business analysis responsibilities. • A broader analytical skill set beyond traditional BI reporting and dashboard development.
