Role description
Salt is excited to support one of our leading Financial Services clients who are searching for a data-driven professional to strengthen its CS analytics function across international markets.
In this role, you'll be building reliable data foundations, automating dashboards, generating actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making to improve customer experience, service delivery, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain consistent data pipelines and metric definitions for various markets.
• Develop automated, scalable dashboards and reporting for performance metrics.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify pain points, optimise processes, and inform business decisions.
• Support A/B testing and digital experience optimisation through data analysis.
• Communicate insights effectively to influence customer success and operational strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics/Data Science
• Strong SQL skills; experience with Tableau/Qlik and big data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark).
• Python/R proficiency for analytics and automation preferred.
• Knowledge of statistics, experimentation (A/B testing), and machine learning/GenAI.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
