Data Analyst (Entry Level – Contract)
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)
Duration: 3-month contract with strong extension potential
Pay: $22–$23/hour
We are hiring entry-level Data Analysts to support a large-scale data consolidation and reconciliation initiative. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys working with data in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This is very much a personality and soft-skills hire. Strong communication, accountability, and a positive attitude are just as important as technical skills.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with consolidating data from multiple internal systems into a centralized repository
• Validate, reconcile, and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and track data
• Identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement
• Support data migration and system integration efforts
• Document processes and create basic reports for stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally with teams to gather data and clarify requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
• Any experience with data, such as:
• Data entry
• Data analysis
• Accounting or reconciliations
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Denver
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
