About the Role
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help transform the way our client's organisation uses data. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we track performance, forecast outcomes, and support decision-making across the business.
This is an opportunity to design and deliver intuitive, actionable dashboards that give leaders a clear view of performance, commercial viability, and service occupancy. What You’ll Do

• Present data in engaging, visual ways that highlight opportunities, risks, and improvements.
• Support ongoing improvements in how data is collected, reported and used across the directorate.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide tailored insights to leadership teams.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Experienced with at least 3 years’ hands-on Power BI experience.
• Skilled in Python and SQL, using them to extract and explore data.
• Confident with the full Microsoft Office suite, especially for reporting.
• Analytical and creative - able to simplify complex data and tell a story with it.
• A great collaborator, comfortable working across teams and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Curious and proactive
What's on Offer
• A flexible, home-based role with the chance to work on impactful projects.
• The opportunity to shape how data is used at a strategic level.
