Role description
Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire an Outbound Sales Data Analyst. This is a fully remote position that will align to EST time zones.
• This job is a 6-month contract role with benefits and paid holidays!
• As an Outbound Sales Data Analyst, you will leverage your sales experience to set sales targets and prepare strategies for sales teams to drive conversion on a range of products and services.
What You Will Be Doing
• Learn about product and services, sales terms, and return/warranty policies to set targets and KPIs for outbound sales teams
• Collaborate with marketing department to prepare common sales strategies
• Calculate business trends, monthly sales rates, and analyze market trends to ensure sales representatives are up-to-date on sales strategies and performance
• Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics, motivating sales teams to achieve great results
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Statistics, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in Outbound Sales, Sales, or as a Sales Consultant
• Working knowledge CRM platforms, including Salesforce & HubSpot
• Prior experience using statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or SAS
• Experience gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data
Desired Skills & Experience
• Prior experience in a FinTech, Tech, or SaaS environment!
