Role description

Duration: 8 month contract

Location: 3x/week onsite in 15222

Pay Range: $30-40/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Must Haves:

   • Bachelor’s degree in related field (If no degree, need 5+ years of professional IT experience)

   • Business intelligence tools (e.g. Data Studio, PowerBI, Microsoft Power Platform, Tableau etc.)

   • Microsoft Power Platform – heavily preferred

   • Experience Automating workflows and supporting the practice of workflow automation

   • Knowledge of configuring Dashboards and updating customized applications

   • SQL querying

Day to Day:

The Data Analyst will analyze data to improve company operations and support innovation programs. They will advise leaders using business intelligence and create data visualizations to inform company leaders and residents. Key responsibilities include data management, supporting process improvements, and contributing to the company's data governance and engineering efforts. Duties involve collecting and analyzing data, building models to solve business problems, presenting data visually, conducting geospatial analysis, supporting program evaluations, ensuring quality of data analysis, automating workflows, developing cloud computing pipelines, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders, researching new technologies, identifying process improvement opportunities, acting as a liaison to community groups, developing presentation guidelines, implementing data privacy procedures, and working with Operations Performance Analysts. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
