Position Description: The Data Analyst will analyze program, policy, or intervention results using statistical techniques to write reports. The role involves developing and implementing data collection and management systems, acquiring data from various sources, and interpreting trends and patterns to inform program development. Position Responsibilities: β€’ Analyze program, policy, or intervention results using statistical techniques to provide or write reports. β€’ Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and ensure high-quality data. β€’ Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and facilitate integration into existing or new database systems. β€’ Use methods and tools to analyze data, including statistical software, qualitative data analysis software, GIS, and spatial analysis. β€’ Develop and implement data management plans to ensure optimal maintenance of database systems and data protection. β€’ Identify, analyze, and interpret trends, patterns, and performance indicators to inform program development and improvement. β€’ Filter and clean computer or system reports and work collaboratively with program managers and evaluators to enhance performance.
