Data Analyst

Client Job Description Our global technology client is looking for a REMOTE, freelance Data Analyst with strong Tableau experience to start as early as April 21st on a project-by-project basis for ongoing, part-time work. The Data Analyst will analyze data from both Marketo and Salesforce in Tableau to provide more clear and accurate campaign and sales insights. Data Analyst Responsibilities • Consult with client on the specific need and proactively manage project and timeline • Integrate / push Marketo and Saleforce data (and possibly other data sources) into Tableau • Create custom dashboards, data visualizations and custom queries in Tableau • Analyze data and provide insights to help marketing and sales answer specific campaign and sales performance questions (measure deal velocity, true average opportunity duration, effectiveness of marketing campaigns on opportunity duration, etc.) • Work in Asana project management system to track projects and communicate status with team • Train team on the basics of Tableau while providing more high-level data analysis and support on an ongoing basis Data Analyst Requirements • Expert in Tableau - integrating data from different sources, creating dashboards and data visualizations • Deep understanding of Marketo and Salesforce campaign and sales data • Proven experience analyzing campaign and sales performance in Tableau and providing insights • Ability to communicate and consult with client, including training on Tableau In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
