Data Analyst

Payrate: $42.00 - $48.00/hr. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to deliver metrics, reporting, and insights for our Digital Global Support team. You will help ensure data quality for dashboards and reports used by business and service delivery teams, and contribute to analytics and AI/ML initiatives that improve service outcomes. You will support our centralized reporting platform, Digital Nervous System (DNS), built on Azure, Fabric, and Power BI. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update documentation for the DNS reporting platform. • Design, build, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards using one or more data sources. • Develop pipelines and datasets to ingest, store, and visualize data from new enterprise sources. • Build AI/ML solutions using Azure and Fabric to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that improve operational insights. • Perform data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Investigate and determine root causes of data discrepancies, and document defects with the appropriate engineering/support teams. • Improve report and dashboard usability and interactivity based on end-user feedback. • Deliver recurring training sessions to help stakeholders understand and use DNS metrics. • Collaborate with stakeholders to support new reporting solutions and enhancements. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required. • 2-4 years of applicable experience required. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $42.00 - $48.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
