Work Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office/2 days remote

Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Analytics and contribute to large-scale planning related to Analytics deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Analytics challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Analytics deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Analytics. Required Qualifications: Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for data use cases.
β’ Design and architect scalable data models and data element relationships with a strong emphasis on usability, performance, and data accuracy.
β’ Identify and write requirements for data source integrity monitoring.
β’ Support database enhancement requests and contribute to logical data design solutions.
β’ Participate in data management documentation including data lineage, data sharing agreements, and other metadata management.
β’ Evaluate upstream system of record changes for potential data impact and provide recommendations.
β’ Translate business needs into actionable data requirements and technical specifications.
β’ Partner with technology and data governance groups to ensure alignment with the teamβs and enterprise data standards.
Key Requirements:

β’ MSSQL: Ability to write, read, and optimize queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
β’ Data Analysis: Experience in data cleansing, validation, and transformation logic using Alteryx and SSMS.
β’ Documentation: Ability to define clear data sourcing and transform logic requirements and database/table/column specifications.
β’ Experience with metadata management and data governance practices.
β’ Proficiency in data profiling and root cause analysis for data quality issues.
β’ Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex data environments.
