Data Analyst (Contract) Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft. Summary This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in supporting comprehensive payroll operations for a dynamic organization with both domestic and international employees. Working in a fully remote capacity, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes for approximately 3,000 employees across multiple platforms and systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and compliance are paramount. You will serve as a key liaison between various systems and stakeholders, ensuring seamless payroll execution while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data integrity. The position demands strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex payroll scenarios with confidence and precision. Job Responsibilities β€’ Process semi-monthly US payroll for approximately 2,200 employees using ADP Workforce Now β€’ Process monthly international payroll for approximately 800 employees using EY Payroll Operate β€’ Manage and process timesheets for approximately 120 employees β€’ Prepare and manage integration files from Workday to ADP, including batch uploads β€’ Audit leave of absence calculations for accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations β€’ Reconcile and audit data between Workday HRIS and ADP WFN/EY systems to ensure data integrity β€’ Audit 401(k) contributions and deductions to ensure compliance and accuracy β€’ Process daily stock transactions including RSU vests and other equity events β€’ Administer and process employee garnishments in accordance with legal requirements β€’ Manage benefit-related payroll transactions including HSA, FORMA, and Maven programs β€’ Respond to employee payroll inquiries and support tickets via Zendesk with professionalism and clarity β€’ Process termination checks in compliance with state-specific regulations and timelines β€’ Manage time and attendance functions using ADP ezLabor β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address unique system and equipment requirements Requirements β€’ 5-7 years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now β€’ 5-7 years of experience with Workday HRIS β€’ 5-7 years of experience with ADP Time & Attendance (ezLabor) β€’ 5-7 years of progressive payroll experience in a corporate environment β€’ Demonstrated experience processing high-volume payroll for large employee populations β€’ Experience with international payroll processing preferred β€’ Background in equity compensation and stock transaction processing preferred β€’ Experience with garnishment administration and compliance β€’ Proven track record of system reconciliation and data auditing β€’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables β€’ Solid understanding of US wage and hourly laws and payroll compliance requirements β€’ Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and termination requirements Additional Details β€’ Location: Remote β€’ Duration: 6 months β€’ Pay Range β€’ : $50 - $56.50 per hour β€’ Weekly Schedule: 40 hours β€’ Job Status: Non-Exempt β€’ Application Deadline: Apply within 72 hours of the posting date to ensure consideration.
