

Data Analyst (contract)
Job Summary
Join our team in a temporary-to-permanent/contract-to-hire role focused on SOX and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate must be located within an XE service territory. You will be responsible for data collection, analysis, validation, cleansing, and reporting. Additionally, you will design, code, test, debug, and document ETL processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures while extracting and analysing data from various sources.
Responsibilities
• Perform data collection, analysis, validation, cleansing, and reporting.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document ETL processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Extract and analyse data from databases, manual files, and external websites.
• Respond to data inquiries from different groups within the organisation.
• Create and publish regular and ad hoc reports.
• Document reporting requirements and processes while validating data components as needed.
Skills
• Experience with relational databases.
• Proficiency in query tools and/or statistical software.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Expert-level knowledge of MS Excel.
Qualifications
• Previous experience with SOX or regulatory requirements is preferred but not required.
