The Role
• Own the full Power BI reporting lifecycle from requirements to delivery, driving data-driven decisions.
• Design clear, scalable dashboards with advanced DAX, Power Query, and robust data modeling techniques.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable insights and impactful reports.
• Contribute to the evolution of the data platform and data lake, shaping the future of analytics.
• Promote data literacy and ensure strong data governance, access control, and reporting quality.
What You'll Need
• Advanced Power BI experience, including DAX, data modeling, and Power Query expertise.
• Strong Excel skills and foundational knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proven experience working with complex, multi-entity datasets, ideally within education or public sectors.
• Ability to work independently, deliver at pace, and confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
